The content, products, and services offered through Elena Enchanted are intended for spiritual, personal, and educational purposes.
All rituals, guidance, and metaphysical practices are shared as supportive tools for self-reflection, intention-setting, and personal growth. They are not a substitute for professional advice or care, including medical, psychological, legal, or financial support.
While this space may draw from informed perspectives and professional training, it does not constitute a therapeutic relationship or professional service. Any such services, when offered, are separate and require a formal agreement and intake process.

Elena Enchanted, and all platforms associated with it, is a space built on respect, intention, and shared exploration.
All who enter are expected to engage with kindness, mindfulness, and consideration toward both myself and others within the community.
Disrespectful behavior, including harassment, discrimination, hostility, or intentional disruption, will not be tolerated. Anyone who violates these boundaries may be removed, blocked, or permanently banned at my discretion.
This is a protected space, and a community I built to support safe exploration of individual paths. I reserves the right to maintain its integrity.
The Enchanted Book Coven
This Book Coven is a shared space for discussion, reflection, and exploration of various spiritual and philosophical texts.
All interpretations, insights, and opinions shared are subjective and meant to inspire thought and conversation, not to define absolute truth. You are invited to engage with curiosity, respect, and discernment as you form your own understanding and connection to the material.
These are Free live events streamed on YouTube and are open for anyone to join and participate. Because of this, I cannot predict who may enter the space. I do set certain safeguards in place and aim to have a moderator present whenever possible. You are asked to engage with respect and patience, even in moments where others may not. Disruptive behavior will be handled accordingly.
This is a community I created as a safe space for spiritual people and curious minds. An accessible place to learn from one another and explore the wisdom that may reveal itself to us along the way. Everyone is welcome. Come as you are, and leave with what resonates.

These practices do not predict fixed outcomes or guarantee specific results. The future is fluid and shaped by your choices, actions, and circumstances. External influences may affect your path, timelines may shift, and outcomes may unfold in ways not yet visible at the time of the reading.
Dream interpretation and similar forms of divination are reflective and symbolic practices in which I draw from both spiritual insight and informed psychological understanding developed through formal study. These are focused on personal meaning and exploration of the unconscious rather than prediction.
Many clients have shared that their readings felt accurate or became clearer with time, sometimes unfolding in ways that were not immediately understood in the moment. In some cases, insight may not fully resonate right away, but reveal its meaning as circumstances evolve.

The Journey of You Parcel
All orders are carefully prepared and packaged with intention, with every effort made to ensure they arrive to you safely. They will be sent with tracked shipping, and a tracking number will be provided once your parcel begins its journey.
Once an order has been dispatched, Elena Enchanted is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information will require additional shipping fees to be resent.
If any issues arise, you are always welcome to reach out, and I will do my best to support you in finding a resolution.
Cost of Your Parcel’s Crossing
Shipping rates are calculated using regional zones rather than exact street-level addresses. This allows the system to estimate delivery costs in advance.
Because of this, there may occasionally be small differences between the estimated shipping rate and the actual price. Small variations in cost are a natural result of zone-based calculations. On rare occasions, this may result in a small overcharge. If that happens, the difference will be refunded once your parcel begins its journey.
I always aim to keep things fair and transparent, even as the shipping conditions continue to evolve.
When Parcels Travel Far
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT applied upon delivery are the responsibility of the recipient.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled or collected by Elena Enchanted. You are encouraged to check your country’s import policies before placing an order.
If Something Isn’t Quite Right
Due to the handmade and often limited-edition nature of the items created, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within [5 days] of delivery with photos, and I will work with you to find a resolution.
Each piece is created with great care, and your experience matters.
Due to the time, energy, and personalized nature of all services, including readings and other intuitive work, all service purchases are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with the message received, differences in interpretation, or emotional response to a reading. Not all messages are easy to hear, but they are offered with honesty and intention.
If you have questions or need clarification following a reading, you are always welcome to reach out, and I will do my best to provide additional insight.

Elena Enchanted may incorporate the use of AI-assisted tools in the editing, organization, or research of certain content, designs, or written materials.
AI is used as a supportive tool, not a replacement for authenticity, craftsmanship, or personal intention. It allows for greater efficiency while maintaining the quality and depth that this space is built upon. All concepts, curation, and final outputs are guided, refined, and intentionally aligned to reflect the voice, vision, and standards of Elena Enchanted.
All items sold within the Enchanted Boutique are handmade by me, with the exception of pieces listed as “rehomed,” which are second-hand.
All divination and guidance shared are always interpreted by me personally, based on my own knowledge, years of experience, and studies. The integrity of my practice, spiritual connections, and the way I engage with energy will never involve, be influenced, or replaced by artificial means.
